Available Positions

Community Support Worker – Stroud, Cheltenham, Gloucester, Thorbury

We require Full, Part-Time and Bank Community Support Workers across various locations in Gloucestershire including Stroud, Cheltenham, Gloucester and Thornbury/South Gloucestershire.  The roles are to provide support and personal care to elderly and vulnerable people in their own homes to a very high standard.

 

Applicants would be providing care within a specified area and responsibilities are varied and may include personal care, medication support, preparing meals, shopping, or accompanying a client on a social visit.  This is at times challenging but is also a highly rewarding career and as a company we expect professionalism and attention to detail and in return we offer support and training as well as opportunities for personal growth and career progression.

Contracted hours are given after completion of a 3 month probationary period.

Experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.  Being a driver is essential.

Community Support Worker – Part time

We have a vacancy for a part-time Community Support Worker in Worcester supporting people to remain living in their own homes. Support Workers help clients with personal care, the administration of medication, meeting fluid and nutritional needs, incontinence care, manual handling, record keeping and social interaction in the community.

There is a degree of flexibility in hours but applicants would be required to work every other weekend.

A DBS check will need to be completed.  Previous experience of working in social care is preferred but not essential.
