Trusted care since 2010

Since 2010, Bramble Home Care has been providing care at home to residents of Gloucestershire for a range of health needs. With various forms of Dementia and Alzheimer’s disease on the rise nationwide, we responded to a growing need to provide specific support for the unique needs of our community.

Home care or Care home?

When it became apparent that there were a lack of options for Dementia home care services in Gloucestershire, and after speaking to the families of Bramble House Care Home residents (our sister company) we launched a specific division of Bramble Home Care to offer our service-users more options for their care.

Supporting all stages

As many people affected by Dementia and their loved ones may know, there are 3 stages of Dementia: early, middle, and late. These stages progress at different rates with dementia affecting everyone differently, but with specialist support at home, people can be supported to remain at home with their loved ones for longer.

Areas our Dementia Home Care can support:

  • Medication support

  • Companionship

  • Personal care

  • Meal preparation

  • Social support

  • Respite for loved ones

  • Accompanying to appointments

  • Morning and evening routine support

  • Advice and support on symptom progression

  • Live-in care

We also work closely with the NHS, local services, friends and family to offer a flexible Dementia Home Care service that adapts to our clients' changing needs.

If you or the Bramble Team feel that the needs of your loved ones are progressing beyond the point where help can safely be given at home, then Bramble House Care Home may be able to support you. Bramble House is a specialist dementia care home in Gloucester offering permanent, respite (short stay), and day-care services for people with dementia.
